The High Court has accepted the pleas of Charles Bissue and Andy Owusu, two former NPP public officials charged with 15 counts of corruption-related offenses. Both men pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The court granted each of them bail in the sum of GHS 200,000 with two sureties. Additionally, their passports will be deposited with the court registry, and they are required to report to the Office of the Special Prosecutor monthly as part of their bail conditions.
The case has been adjourned to May 29, 2025, for a Case Management Conference. Alexander Afriyie
