Attempted murder in Tema involving Chinese nationals

Luo Chuan, a Chinese national living in Ghana has been arrested for attempting to Murder one Xu Rongsheng at a Casino in Tema Community Six.

According to Tema Regional Crime Officer, Superintendent Kwabena Otuo Acheampong, the main suspect Jiang Yongshong and his accomplice Luo Chuan is alleged to have shot at the victim Xu Rongsheng three times without any provocation and ran away in a black 4×4 Lexus with Registration No. GT 9555-15.

He called on the public to call Tema Regional Police Command on +233291206472 or +233542719093 with any information leading to the arrest of Jiang Yongshong.
