Deadly armed robber arrested in Tepa

Ahafo Ano North police command has arrested a 29 years old Emmanuel Kofi Oko Afari for using guns and other weapons to rob in major roads in Ahafo Ano North area.

Afari was involved in series of robberies within the municipality and was on the police wanted list.

After this arrest, the following items were recovered from him: three single barrel guns, seventeen mobile phones, two hunter’s torchlight and unregistered apsonic motorbike and other items.

An identification parade was conducted for eight people including the suspect and all of the nine people pointed on Emmanuel Kofi Afari as the one doing robberies in the area.
