The Court of Appeal has unanimously upheld Hon. Kennedy Agyapong’s appeal against Kwaku Baako, overturning an earlier Accra High Court judgment that favored Kwaku Baako. The appeal court ordered a retrial and instructed that all monies paid after the High Court judgment be refunded to Agyapong within 30 days. This decision stems from the High Court striking out portions of Agyapong’s witness statements during the CMC stage.
