27 school children are reported dead on independence day ,with several unaccounted for after swimming in Apam beach in the central region of Ghana.
The children according to sources do visit the beach on holidays to have fun but wonder what might have gone wrong this time.
Others also believe the territorial spirits may be offended by some activities of the youth when ever they came to swim, hence this unfortunate disaster.
These children are said to be under 18 years of age ,with few already getting admission to senior High School (SHS) this year.
