The Airport District Police Command in Ghana has successfully apprehended a suspect involved in the illicit narcotics trade. Adam Mohamed, 29, was arrested during a targeted operation at Aboabo No.1 in Kumasi on Saturday, May 10, 2025.
According to authorities, various packs of Tramadol and GHS 66,950, suspected to be proceeds from the illicit trade, were seized from Mohamed’s possession. The police are currently conducting investigations into the matter.
This arrest highlights the ongoing efforts of the Ghana Police Service to combat drug trafficking and related crimes.
